My name’s Clare and I’m a professionally qualified Counsellor-Coach, specialising in Stress and Anxiety. I’m an Anxiety UK Approved Therapist, in addition to being one of a small number of people in the world who’ve been trained in how to combine a mixture of counselling and coaching techniques to help you to not only understand what’s holding you back, but move forward and create the life you want. The life you deserve.
I’m incredibly passionate about counselling and coaching, and can’t imagine doing anything else! Many years ago, I experienced the life-changing benefits for myself, and have never looked back.
I understand that it can sometimes feel difficult to take the first step to reach out, especially if you’ve never had counselling or coaching before. And, with so many different forms of help available nowadays, it can be confusing. I always try and help clients in as few sessions as possible, rather than having an endless series of sessions.
